A high-end private residence in the quiet Nasserein district of St. Anton, spread over five floors with views across the valley. A private shuttle takes guests to the Nassereinbahn lift station in a few minutes.
Nine individually styled bedrooms sleep 18 adults, plus up to 5 children under 14 or 2 extra adults in bunk or sofa beds. The dining table seats 18, up to 20 at a squeeze; with more than 20 guests including children, the children eat an earlier meal.
Open-plan living and dining room with a central fireplace and an adjoining library. The lower floor has a games area with wide-screen cable TV, Apple TV, a games console, table football, table tennis and a bar, and a music system runs throughout.
The spa has Finnish and bio saunas, a steam room, a gym overlooking the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, and a treatment room for massage and beauty treatments.
Bedroom 1: double; Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5: super-king double or twin; Bedroom 6: family suite, double bed and bunk bed; Bedroom 7: family suite, double or twin and bunk bed; Bedroom 8: super-king double or twin plus double sofa bed; Bedroom 9: king-size double or twin.
