A new, exclusive chalet with sun terraces and Matterhorn views, a base for skiing Cervinia and Zermatt in winter and for summer mountain activities. It is named after its position on the 9th hole of Cervinia's golf course.
160 sq. m with three double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a double loft room with its own WC, mixing traditional mountain architecture with modern design; sofa beds allow up to 12 guests. The open-plan living and dining area has a wood-burning fire and a fully equipped kitchen. Three levels, with underground car park access.
A newly built wellness area with sauna, steam room, and hot and cold showers; guests can reserve private hot-water beds and book massages or personalised treatments. A new gym with the latest Technogym equipment.
