Chalet Felder Alpin Lodge

A restored 11th-century South Tyrolean mountain farmhouse, modernised and run by three owners, near Villandro Alp at about 1,200 m with views of the Dolomites. Interiors blend urban chic with traditional Alpine style, including Moroccan hand-knotted carpets and local handcrafted furniture.
For up to 6 guests: three double-bed rooms, stone-finished bathrooms, a living room with a library, flat-screen TV and a Marshall jukebox, and an original Stube with boiserie and a masonry stove. The antique masonry kitchen has a De Manincor gas and wood-fired cooker, a Teppanyaki grill, a fridge and a dishwasher.
Also a ski room with boot heater, a laundry area, a wine cellar curated by a local vintner, and a Finnish sauna with panoramic view for up to 8 people (sauna master on request). The 4-hectare grounds have a forest, a mountain stream, a meadow, relaxation lounges, a barbecue area and hay beds for outdoor yoga; sheep and goats live on site.
Transport includes a Land Rover Defender, a 9-seat Pinzgauer, a snowmobile with sled (driver on request), Vespa scooters, e-bikes, a garage with guest parking and an authorised helipad. The hosts offer glacier tours, via ferrata, ski mountaineering, snowshoeing, igloo building and cultural immersion in South Tyrol.
