A luxury hideaway formerly known as Sagamarta or Starling, over four floors with seven bedrooms plus one staff bedroom. It sleeps up to 13 guests, plus one more in the staff room, on a quiet road close to Verbier's ski area.

South-facing windows let sunlight in, and a large garden lets children play steps from the front door. The spa has a 25-metre swimming pool with views, a private massage room, a hammam, a sauna and a plunge pool.

Interiors blend old-world character (exposed beams, rough stone walls, wooden parquet) with minimalist contemporary furniture. The open-plan living space has a corner sofa beside the original fireplace. Bedrooms are bright, with traditional alpine décor and natural old wood.

Parking: one indoor space and two outdoor spaces.
