In the central part of Cortina's exclusive village, combining high-quality materials: a traditional exterior and a modern, luxurious interior. Offered for weekly or monthly stays. 760 sq. m over four floors, including a spa with sauna, heated pool, bathrooms and changing rooms, and a large-screen, soundproofed private cinema.

The main living area has a wet bar, sofas and a fireplace, connecting to a dining area and a modern kitchen with a centre island and professional appliances. One floor has a living room with wet bar, a games room, a TV room and a study.

The master suite has a king-size bed, two walk-in closets, a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a fireplace. Four suites each have a double bed, a relaxation area, a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and power shower, and a walk-in closet (one with a fireplace). Two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with private bathrooms are reserved for service staff (the description therefore lists more rooms than the 6 bedrooms stated; confirm with the owner).
