A brand-new five-bedroom, four-level chalet in the Chavannes area of Les Gets, with mountain views and a large garden. Depending on snow, you can ski out via a short traverse to the Bruyère piste. It is a four-minute drive from the village centre and a one-minute drive from the Folliets du Golf lift; an optional 24-hour driver service is available at extra cost.
Level 3 has an open-plan living area with a wood-burning stove, plus a cinema room and a wellness area with a sauna. Bedrooms are on levels 2 and 3, with a top-floor master suite featuring an egg-shaped bathtub. In summer: petanque, a hot tub, and a 10-15 minute walk to Lac des Ecoles.
Bedrooms 1, 4 and 5: super-king double or twin; Bedroom 2: king-size double or twin; Bedroom 3: bunk beds for 3; A sofa bed is also listed.
