A ski-in/ski-out chalet in the Oberlech enclave with views of the surrounding peaks, described as one of Lech's most prestigious rentals. Traditional local architecture meets contemporary design, with luxurious fittings. It sits at the piste edge and, unusually for Oberlech, has vehicle access through the season.

Five en suite bedrooms (master suite, two family suites, two doubles) plus a relaxation area with outdoor hot tub, sauna, hammam, fitness area, massage room, snooker room, bar, library and cinema. Extra children's beds are available on request.

Ground floor: entrance hall with open fireplace, two family suites (one with a children's room of four bunks), a double en suite, guest WC and garage access. Lower ground: ski room, wine cave, spa, gym, bar with full-size snooker table, snug and a staff office (staff live out).

First floor: living and dining areas with floor-to-ceiling windows onto the terrace, central fireplace, dining room seating up to 16, wine cellar and a professional kitchen. Top floor: master suite with its own living area, dressing room, balcony and bathroom, plus another en suite double with fireplace.

Bedroom 1: master, with fireplace; Bedrooms 2 and 3: double; Bedrooms 4 and 5: double or twin plus bunk beds.
