A newly listed luxury duplex penthouse of over 500 sq. m. that mixes chalet character with contemporary design, using aged timber, stone and soft textiles. It sleeps 10 in five individually styled bedrooms with mountain views, four en suite and the fifth with a bathroom across the hall.

The open-plan living area has timber ceilings, velvet sofas and a contemporary fireplace. The dining area has a long oak table for ten and glass doors to the terrace, and the modern kitchen suits private chefs or family dining. Balconies wrap around both ends, with a hot tub and year-round furnishings.

Wellness and leisure: private spa with sauna, hammam and plunge pool, a gym (cardio machines, functional zones, free weights, studio space) and a cinema room with tiered seating. Guests have full access to 67 Pall Mall Verbier, a members' club with a wine list, dining rooms, a private dining suite and a bar.

It sits on Rue de Médran above the 67 Pall Mall building, about 200 m from the Médran lifts.
