A private luxury chalet at about 1,500 m in the Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage), with views of the Sassolungo and Sella Group, an exclusive wellness area and a 700 sq. m. garden. Modern and traditional design, with large glass windows opening onto the terrace and garden.

Upper (first) floor: 90 sq. m. terrace, lounge, living room with a home-cinema corner and fireplace, dining room with large windows, and a fully equipped kitchen next to a guest bathroom.

Ground floor: three double bedrooms, each with TV and an en suite (one with a bath, the others with large showers; WC, bidet, double basin, hairdryer). Basement: a fourth bedroom with en suite, plus a private spa with whirlpool, sauna, steam bath and emotional shower, a Zerobody lounger, massage room, Technogym fitness room with yoga space, leisure area (pool table, roulette, VR), private bar with fine wines, and a private garage with EV charging.

Garden: multi-function outdoor Jacuzzi, loungers, an outdoor stream and evening lighting. Wellness also includes a Finnish sauna, an experience shower with chromo- and aromatherapy, and a yoga room.

“Dank unseres Gastgebers wurde unser Aufenthalt in Val Gardena zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Ein wunderschönes, modernes Chalet im Herzen von Selva. Die vielen privaten Annehmlichkeiten wie der beheizte Außenpool und das Spa sind der perfekte Ausklang nach einem aktiven Tag.
