Ground floor: a living room with fireplace and wet bar next to a fully equipped hi-tech kitchen. Upper floors: a master bedroom and three suites, each with a walk-in closet, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, an LED TV and a large terrace, plus a spacious equipped office.

Basement: a spa and a 25 sq. m fitness area; the spa has a sauna, a 20-metre indoor pool, sunlamps and a waterfall Jacuzzi. Also a wine cellar and a soundproofed cinema room with a large screen.
