An intimate, exclusive villa in a secluded, wooded part of Selva di Val Gardena, with 360-degree views of the Dolomites, including the Sassolungo and Sella groups (UNESCO World Natural Heritage). Ski-in/ski-out access via the Plan da Tieja slope, about 100 m from the doorstep.

Three floors with four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and one twin bedroom. Two floors have open-plan, fully equipped kitchens connected to a living room with a large sofa and dining table, both with panoramic views.

Wellness and leisure: private sauna, outdoor whirlpool/Jacuzzi overlooking the Sassolungo peaks, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, spacious balconies and gardens, and a private gym with mats and weights. Suited to yoga, Pilates, meditation and walking in the surrounding meadows and forests.

A heated underground garage with five parking spaces (internal staircase access) and a ski room are included.
